Money-Back Guarantee

With our money-back guarantee, returns can be made within 30 days. Customized or altered paintings will not be accepted.

For any return requests, please contact our customer service via the “contact” section of our website or at info@masterapollon.com.

Return of Paintings

You have a right of withdrawal of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of your order.

During this period, you can return undamaged and non-customized paintings without having to provide a reason or pay any additional fees. If you receive damaged paintings, please contact our customer service via the “contact” section of our website.

All products can be subject to withdrawal, except those that have been customized at your request. Returned paintings must be intact and complete.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service directly via the “contact” section of our website or at info@masterapollon.com. Masterapollon.com will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email as soon as possible. Masterapollon.com commits to refunding the full amount paid upon receipt of the product at our warehouses or upon receipt of proof of return of your package sent to the email address info@masterapollon.com. Masterapollon.com will refund the returned paintings, subject to compliance with the above conditions, as well as the standard delivery “to” costs if you return the entire order. Delivery “to” costs with surcharges will be refunded up to the amount of standard delivery costs. It is specified that delivery “to” costs will be refunded separately. The refund will be made via the payment method used for the returned order.

For example, if the painting order was paid by:

  • Credit Card, the refund will be made to the account associated with that Credit Card.
  • Paypal, the refund will be made to that Paypal account.

For any other payment method or in the case of failure or impossibility of the previous refunds, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

Exchange

You also have the option to request an exchange within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the product. You can return the product to be exchanged to masterapollon.com via DHL or FedEx. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The product to be returned must be intact, complete, and packaged. The return of the product may possibly be done at the same time as the delivery of the new product, subject to the organization of the carriers and the availability of the product.

Non-Conforming Product

Masterapollon.com advises you to inspect the product at the time of delivery and, if the delivered product is non-conforming (product error, defective, damaged, or incomplete), to make written reservations no later than three (3) days after delivery, with the carrier and/or masterapollon.com. In any case, the provisions regarding legal warranties will apply. Thus, the non-conforming delivered product may initially be replaced. However, if the new product received does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the remaining period.

For paintings reported as non-conforming within three (3) days of delivery, masterapollon.com allows you to exercise your right of withdrawal and obtain a refund of the product without going through replacement.
