The offer and sale of products on our website (masterapollon.com) are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Products purchased on masterapollon.com are sold directly by CONCAS CORPORATE Company Ltd., headquartered in Thailand.

If you are not a “Customer,” we invite you to refrain from completing any transactions on masterapollon.com. Given the commercial policy described above, the supplier reserves the right not to process orders from anyone who is not a “customer” or from orders that do not conform to its commercial policy as defined in these terms.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, transfer, and acceptance of orders for products on masterapollon.com between users of masterapollon.com. However, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by entities other than the supplier that may be present on info@masterapollon.com through links, banners, or other hypertext links.
On masterapollon.com, we do not sell used, defective, or substandard products. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on masterapollon.com within each product sheet. The images and colors of the products sold on masterapollon.com may not match the actual colors due to the web browser and screen used. If the products presented on masterapollon.com are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to the site or the submission of the order form, the supplier’s duty will be to promptly inform the customer, upon receiving the order, of the possible unavailability of the ordered products. In case of order form submission and payment, the supplier will make arrangements to refund the amount already paid by the customer no later than forty-five (45) days from the payment.
The prices indicated on the product sheets are expressed in Euros and include all taxes, excluding shipping and customs fees. The applicable VAT is the one in effect in Thailand on the day of the order. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please check the final sale price before submitting the order form. Delivered orders may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties (entirely at the customer’s expense).
Orders are placed exclusively on the masterapollon.com website. It is not necessary to create an account on the site before placing an order.
If the customer already has an account, they must log in with their email address and the password chosen during registration. The customer is required to provide valid postal details when placing an order.
Shipping costs are added to the total amount of the items. By submitting the order form electronically, the customer unconditionally agrees to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in dealings with the supplier. If the customer disagrees with any terms stated in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we invite them not to complete their order on masterapollon.com.
Upon receipt of the order, the supplier will send an order receipt notice by email. This confirmation email will include a summary of the information provided in the order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, information about the essential characteristics of the product, detailed price, payment methods, and delivery times and costs).
Payment for the order can be made using Credit Card or Paypal. For Credit Card payments (Visa, Mastercard), in case of payment by credit/debit card, financial information (e.g., card number or expiration date) will be transferred via an encrypted protocol, so that third parties cannot access it.
Such information will not be used by the supplier, except to complete procedures related to your purchase or to issue refunds in case of possible returns according to the right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the relevant authorities any fraud occurring on masterapollon.com.
The prices for purchasing products and the shipping and delivery costs, as indicated in the Order Form, will be charged to your Account when the Order Form is submitted to the supplier.
Deliveries are made internationally and can take from 2 to 15 days. The order may have a longer delivery time due to analysis by our anti-fraud service.
In case of error or omission by the Customer in providing the delivery address, masterapollon.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the ordered products. Delivery costs due to updating the details will then be the responsibility of the Customer.
masterapollon.com may perform a redelivery of the package if it could not be delivered to the customer. This redelivery is covered by masterapollon.com. It will be the customer’s responsibility for a second redelivery.

For more information, access the contact section. We are open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time, which is UTC + 5 (when it is noon in Paris, it is 5:00 PM in Bangkok during summer time and 6:00 PM in winter time).
The customer is required to check the conformity of the package upon receipt of the order. Any anomalies concerning the delivery such as:
must be reported within 14 days from the receipt of the order.
The customer must then inform customer service by email at info@masterapollon.com. A complaint form will be sent for detailed explanations.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (excluding the carrier), acquires physical possession of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to the address:

The customer can also use the withdrawal form available on the website, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send their communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If the customer withdraws from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
The supplier is not liable for any damages that may occur during the use of the products purchased from masterapollon.com. The supplier is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the products or for any indirect damages. The supplier’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product purchased.
The supplier reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The changes will be applicable to orders placed after the changes have been published on masterapollon.com.
The contract is governed by Thai law. Any disputes that may arise related to the contract will be settled by the competent courts of Thailand.
